3-Month Personalized Life, Health & Spiritual Coaching Program
This 3-month coaching experience is designed to help you create meaningful transformation in your life, health, and spiritual well-being. Every coaching journey is personalized to meet your unique needs, goals, challenges, and vision for the future.
Together, we will identify your primary focus and create a customized action plan that supports your growth and helps you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. What Is Included
Personalized 1:1 Coaching
You will receive individualized coaching tailored specifically to your goals and circumstances. Each session is designed to help you gain insight, overcome obstacles, and create practical solutions that support lasting change.
Two Private Coaching Sessions Per Month
We will meet twice each month for private coaching sessions. During these meetings, we will review your progress, discuss challenges, celebrate victories, and establish clear action steps to keep you moving toward your desired outcome.
Weekly Check-Ins Through Our Community App
Between coaching sessions, you will receive weekly support through our private community app. These check-ins provide encouragement, accountability, and an opportunity to share progress, ask questions, and stay connected throughout your journey.
